Code of ethics - Realtors® are bound by a strong Code of Ethics
and are expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of selling and buying real estate.
They have received proper training, and have available to them an unlimited amount of information
and resources. The Code of Ethics of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® sets Realtors®
apart from other agents and promises the public that when dealing with a Realtor®, they can
expect fair and ethical treatment. Only Realtors® pledge to abide by a real estate code of ethics,
and only Realtors® are held accountable for their professional behavior . Selling or buying real
estate is probably one of the biggest financial investments you will make so why settle for anything less? |
